1. Return Eligibility:
We accept returns of Boxer puppies under certain circumstances, including:
– Health issues: If a licensed veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious health condition within 72 hours of purchase, you may be eligible to return the puppy for a full refund or exchange for a healthy puppy of equal value.
– Incompatibility: If, for any reason, you are unable to care for the puppy, you may return the puppy within 14 days of purchase for a partial refund. A restocking fee may apply.
2. Refund Process:
To initiate a return or request a refund, you must contact us within the specified timeframe and provide documentation, such as a veterinarian’s report or a written explanation of the reason for return. Once we receive and approve your request, we will provide further instructions on returning the puppy.
– If eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 business days of receiving the returned puppy. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
– Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a health issue diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian.
